WARRANTY POLICY

Our warranty policy ensures that you can purchase with confidence; exceptional quality and trusted performance come standard with every display.


This warranty policy is intended as a reference guide. At LED Stage, we handle each client interaction with care and discretion, and as such, variations may apply based on individual circumstances. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase and remains valid for the duration specified below.

COVERAGE

All LED Stage LED displays and their accompanying component parts (including LED controllers, power supplies, and wiring) are covered under limited warranty.

  • LED Screen Modules: Covered for defective pixels. A module will be eligible for free repair or replacement if 10% or more pixels are determined to be defective during the warranty period. A pixel is considered defective when it fails to light up.

  • Component Parts: All other accompanying parts (controllers, power supplies, wiring) are covered for any material or workmanship defects.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage, including water damage, drops, or impacts

  • Damage from misuse, such as overheating due to improper environmental conditions or outdoor use (products are intended for indoor use only)

  • Normal wear and tear

DURATION OF WARRANTY

  • LED Display Modules: 1-year warranty from the date of original purchase.

  • Component Parts: 3-year warranty from the date of original purchase.

Warranty coverage periods do not reset upon product replacement or repair; they remain tied to the original purchase date.

REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT TERMS

  • If a covered defect is diagnosed during the warranty period, LED Stage will repair or replace the product free of component and labor charges.

  • No refunds will be issued; all sales are final.

  • Shipping Costs:

    • If the claimant’s address is within our service area (the Greater Toronto Area), on-site repairs or replacements will be handled at no cost.

    • If located outside our service area and a return shipment is necessary, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

HOW TO FILE A WARRANTY CLAIM

To file a warranty claim, please email info@ledstage.ca and include the following:

  • Original proof of purchase (invoice)

  • Up to five clear photographs showing the defect/problem area

  • A detailed description of the issue

  • Your full name, address, telephone number, and email

We aim to completely resolve all warranty claims within five (5) business days, unless unexpected circumstances arise.

LIMITATIONS & EXCLUSIONS

  • Warranty coverage applies to any claimant who can provide the original proof of purchase (invoice).

  • Any unauthorized modifications, repairs, or attempts to fix the product without LED Stage’s direct supervision or written instruction will void the warranty.

  • Using the product outdoors or in unsuitable environmental conditions (e.g., excessive heat) will also void the warranty.
